Queensway House

Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham

Located in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter conservation area, the project involves the conversion of an office building, via Permitted Development planning law, into residential apartments.

The redeveloped building now accommodates extensive loft style apartments including one 1-bedroom and a 3-bedroom duplex on the ground floor. The upper storeys of the building each accommodate one 3-bedroom apartment per floor with dual aspect living accommodation and private balconies to the rear over looking St Pauls Church and the wider Jewellery Quarter conservation area.

Queensway House majestically blends cosseted luxury with urban energy. By fusing an industrial aesthetic with the unique history of the building, our designers have created a living experience quite unlike any other. Inside lies a free flowing conversation between its intriguing history and a re-imagined vintage industrial style. Unrestrained in its vision, owners will enjoy quirky twists of creativity aligned with its raw, edgy aesthetic.” Queensway House (Birmingham) Ltd
