Agile working environment for a number of Administration and Professional services departments.

This conversion of the vacant visitor facilities at Ryton Organic Gardens provides an agile working environment for a number of Administration and Professional services departments relocated from Coventry University Central Campus. Project included works to three buildings converting restaurant, reception and retail buildings into contemporary and attractive workplaces.

 

Infrastructure works were required to the site as well as internal refit to accommodate increased numbers on the site, ensure good connectivity with central campus and to provide suitable breakout, catering and ancillary accommodation whilst respecting the needs of existing site users.  D5 carried out briefing across multiple stakeholders to understand specific needs whilst designing in line with Coventry University high standards for functional and flexible workspace. Office accommodation has been occupied since June 2022.
