A Full Planning and Listed Building Consent Application has now been submitted for the Century Buildings redevelopment for residential and apart-hotel use.
The Grade 2 listed buildings will be restored, renovated, converted and extended to create 26 residential apartments and 12 apart-hotel rooms.
