The scaffold cloaking the façade at Honduras Wharf Apartments is being removed exposing the rainscreen façade and window details giving tantalising views of the new building.

Located in Birmingham’s historic Gun Quarter conservation area, Honduras Wharf is a contemporary new build development of ninety-nine apartments including seventy-two 1-bed apartments (43-51sqm), twenty-four 2-bed apartments (57-93sqm) and three 3-bed penthouse apartments (93-103sqm) with generous roof top terraces. The project being developed by Elevate Property Group is due for completion Spring 2017.
