Work has commenced on site installing the Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP Panels) on Honduras Wharf. The panels, which are manufactured off site and installed by Fusion Systems Limited were delivered just on time as erection of the building progresses. The SIP panels benefit the development in numerous ways; not only does their external appearance complement the repetitive nature of the design, but also the off-site manufacture meant the contractor didn’t need to find storage space for materials on an already tight site. Honduras Wharf is a £7.5million new build residential development by Elevate Property Group in the Gun Quarter, Birmingham. The development comprises one, two and three bedroom apartments and is due for completion Spring 2017
