A contemporary 6-bedroom house with private pool, gym and theatre, affording views of Cheltenham and The Malverns. The design makes use of the sloping site by ‘cascading’ the accommodation down into the garden around a private two sided courtyard with pool and hot tub.

The design responds to and explores the natural landscape, orientation and topography of the site. External materials include expanses of glazing, stone, white render and timber cladding. Environmental impact and energy consumption will be minimised through the use of various features including air tightness, high levels of insulation, ground source heat pump for heating and cooling, solar and photovoltaic panels to harness the suns power and rain water harvesting for WC flushing.
