Located in Birmingham's historic Gun Quarter conservation area, Honduras Wharf is a contemporary new build development of ninety-nine apartments including seventy-two 1-bed apartments (43-51sqm), twenty-four 2-bed apartments (57-93sqm) and three 3-bed penthouse apartments (93-103sqm) with generous roof top terraces.

D5 adopted the projects design from Planning Approval, made various amendments and resubmitted the project for approval. D5 then progressed the Technical Design for Design and Build tender working closely with a specialist SIP’s panel manufacturer. The project was tendered and D5 then novated to the main-contractor to complete the Technical design and provide general attendance through the construction stage.
