The Central Trains (now London Midland Trains) ‘Customer Services Academy’ provides a training facility for the basic and developmental training of all Central Trains staff. The internal refit of this 1960’s office accommodation has created a high quality environment with open, flexible and contemporary accommodation designed specifically for training purposes employing a number of solid, glazed and folding siding partition systems.

The fully serviced fit out was completed from design to completion in a very short space of time requiring D5’s intensive coordination and management of the entire team in order to realise the project to the high standards aspired to by all involved. The academy accommodates flexible training rooms, administration facilities, refreshment area and IT suites
