Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham

A new build hotel within Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter.

D5 gained planning approval for the new hotel following earlier approvals for both hotel and residential uses on the site.

 

The 5-storey building comprises 84 bedrooms over the four upper floors with a public restaurant, cafe, bar, reception and conference facilities located at ground floor level. Car parking is provided at basement level.

 

D5 developed the project to detailed technical design stage. The project was tendered and work commenced on site, but was not completed.
